ISSUES

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday during league, we had a couple of issues occur that we need to deal with. One we can take care of right now, the other needs some thought by the Board in order to present you with some choices.

The issue that we can deal with right now is timeliness. Some of our members have been late for tee times and have not let Sun Hills know their running late. Please, if you are running late, call the course and let them know. On the same line, Sun Hills is asking that we arrive about 10 minutes or more BEFORE our tee times. This allows for enough time to check in, pay, get loaded on our carts and on the tee at our designated time. These requests are not unreasonable.

Also, yesterday there were non league players mixed in with our league after 3:30. We have talked with Chris about this and there are some issues that the Board needs to meet on about this.

We will meet and get something out to you all within the week.

Just know that Sun Hills is doing all they can to make our league successful and we need to reciprocate. You'll hear from us soon.

Thanks for making our league one of the premier leagues in Utah!

    (No league players mixed in with our league players.) I'm not sure I understand what that paragraph was saying. Please explain. Thank you. cj

    I'm awake today!!! I get it now I think! You are saying "there were non league players mixed in with our league after 3:30. Right? My take is - if our league doesn't fill the t-times Sun Hills must do what they need to fill those slots. After all, we want them to make $$$ so they maintain the course for our league as well as other players. smiles, cj
